Our inclusive sports group programs run for 8 weeks, typically starting in week 2 of each school term. Suitable for primary school aged children, our Soccer and Aussie Rules groups promote skill development, teamwork and confidence. Developed by an accredited Exercise Physiologist, our sports programs provide a sociable, fun and safe environment to allow children to play whilst developing gross motor and sport skills.

Our Inclusive Kids Pilates helps children build muscular strength, coordination, balance and flexibility, develop postural and core support, and improve body awareness in a supportive and welcoming environment. Developed and facilitated by an Exercise Physiologist with ESSA accredited ‘Pilates for Paeds’ qualifications, each session blends age-appropriate Pilates exercises with themed warm-ups and mindfulness activities. Suitable for all abilities, Kids Pilates helps to build confidence, foster social interaction and develop overall wellbeing in a fun and enjoyable environment.

Cancellations within 7 days of the group program or non-attendance will incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% charged to the NDIS plan.
