What is Disability Support Work?

Disability support work provides tailored assistance to children, teens and young adults living with disabilities, helping them build independence, develop daily living skills, and engage in their communities.


At Resilient Kidz, we pride ourselves on our highly personalised support approach. We take the time to understand your child, family and unique support needs. We then match you with one of our friendly NDIS support workers in Adelaide who we feel would best meet your needs and build a strong rapport with your child.

Who is Support Work for?

Our disability care services are designed for children, teenagers and young adults in South Australia who:

  • Have NDIS plans under Assistance with Daily Life, Core Supports, or Improved Daily Living.

  • Require help at home, school, or in the community.

  • Need mentoring to build independence, confidence and social participation.

  • Families that need the support with care duties for their children or respite eg. transportation, meal preparation, taking children to appointments and more

  • High-level support needs individuals - we also offer 24/7 support and help manage complex medical or physical needs
