Our Story
Established in 2019, Resilient Kidz was founded by Peter Terminello with a clear purpose — to deliver high-quality, compassionate paediatric support that makes a true difference in the lives of the young people we work with.
What began as a small paediatric support service offering tailored programs and NDIS support work has grown steadily in response to strong word-of-mouth referrals and positive outcomes within the local community. As the needs of the families we support evolved, so too did our services, allowing us to expand thoughtfully while remaining true to the values that shaped our beginnings.
Today, Resilient Kidz forms part of the broader Resilient Health Group, enabling us to provide professional, evidence-based paediatric services within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. Our growth has been intentional and measured, ensuring we remain small enough to maintain meaningful therapeutic relationships, while strong enough to offer the expertise, structure, and reliability families expect from an established provider.
